Travel Fetcher

Help

Travel Fetcher connects two people: someone who wants an item from another country or city, and someone already travelling that route who can carry it in their luggage.

We are not a courier and not a shipping company. A traveller carries an item for your personal use, and hands it to you in person.

If you want an item

If you are travelling

What you pay

The buyer pays the item cost, the traveller's fee, and a platform fee. Every part is shown before you pay — there are no charges added later. The platform fee is only kept on a Fetch that completes.

If something goes wrong

The item is wrong, or damaged

Raise a dispute inside the 24-hour window. Escrow holds while we review, and we aim to decide within five working days. The handoff photo is the record we use.

The item is seized at customs

The traveller's account is not penalised. Because the traveller paid for the item, escrow returns the item cost to them, and the buyer gets their fees back. Travel Fetcher does not clear items through customs for anyone, and never funds a loss from its own balance sheet.

Someone is behaving badly

Use Report in the app to send it to a person. Use Block to stop someone contacting you — note that blocking does not cancel a Fetch already under way, so a handoff in progress still has to be finished or cancelled properly.
