What can be carried
You are carrying items for someone else’s personal use. You are responsible for what is in your luggage, and you must be able to declare it honestly at any border. Read this in full before you post a trip.
Policy version 1.1 — this is the same text travellers acknowledge in the app.

At the border
Travel Fetcher does not ship, import or clear anything on your behalf. You are carrying personal-use items in your own luggage.
- Declare the items if you are asked to.
- Follow the customs rules of your destination country.
- Never accept a Fetch from someone who asks you to hide, mislabel or under-declare an item.
- If an item is seized at customs, your account is not penalised. You paid for the item, so escrow returns the item cost to you, and the buyer gets their fees back.
Accepting a Fetch that breaks this policy can mean losing your badges, suspension, or removal from the platform. If you are unsure about an item, decline the Fetch and contact support.
